Kershaw Community Park Council is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to improve and enhance Stevens Park for the citizens of the Kershaw Community located in South Carolina.

Nature & Art Day in the Park is held annually in October at Stevens Park.  Art and nature are both highlighted throughout the activies.  The event is free to attend and great fun for the whole family!

IN THE NATURAL GREEN SPACES 11 AM - 1 PM:

• Nature Scavenger Hunt

• Displays by Naturalist Dr. Jim Shaw

• AJMS - Science Display & Activity

 

IN THE OUTDOOR AMPHITHEATER:  (Sound system and mics will be provided.)

• AJMS Arts Focus Music 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.

• Birding with Dr. Larry King 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.

 

IN THE PAVILION 11 AM - 1 PM:

• Lancaster County Council of the Arts Nature Arts & Crafts

• Nature Bingo

• AJHS Arts Show and Face Painting

 

                       All Food and Activities Free (Donations accepted)
